Job summary

RKL eSolutions, through its Senior Living Services Consulting Group, offers an internship to develop industry insights and financial acumen by analyzing data from national sources to help providers meet compliance obligations and identify opportunities.

As an intern you will gain exposure to diverse client engagements, assist with cost reports for Medicare/Medicaid, and collaborate with leadership to drive efficiencies while pursuing continuous learning and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Desire to pursue the CPA designation and a career in professional services/public accounting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Living Services Consulting Intern gains the necessary industry insights and financial acumen to harness the data from a wide variety of national, publicly available sources to help providers meet compliance obligations and identify opportunities. This internship is ideal for candidates with an interest in healthcare who want to apply their accounting and financial skills within the specialized senior living industry.

Essential Functions

Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as an adding machine, copy machine, and computer printer Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external team members/vendors as needed Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed Ability to travel to other office locations as needed, overnight travel may be required This job description is subject to change at any time and employee will be given additional responsibilities as assigned.
