Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking experienced stage production personnel to ensure successful show and event productions. The role involves handling technical aspects of show productions and assisting in all on-site A/V operations with a focus on safety and professionalism.

The candidate will perform load-in/out, set up/break down equipment, cabling, and work with the crew to maintain optimal audio levels and provide a professional mix during shows.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to interact with artists, staff, and crew.
• Ability to manage multiple production tasks concurrently and under pressure.
• Experience with pro audio, lighting, and basic video systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of stage operations and on-site A/V operations.
• Perform load-in and load-out of equipment and rental gear.
• Set up and break down of band and event equipment; cabling and patching as part of the crew.
• Operate audio control boards and manage safe audio levels; provide a professional mix.
• Oversee visiting audio techs and ensure proper care of all audio equipment.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and artists representatives for technical advances.
• Interact with visiting production crews to ensure successful shows.
