Job summary

TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team in Los Angeles, CA seeks a senior leader to guide policy enforcement, moderation operations, and quality assurance for the livestream ecosystem. You will own critical metrics and drive data-driven initiatives across cross-functional partners including Product, Policy, and Data Science.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in relevant fields, 3+ years leading teams, and strong communication to align stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in content safety, quality, moderation, monetization, or related domains.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience working on UGC and/or PGC products, with a strong understanding of content ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and drive data-informed execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to drive policy implementation, enforcement optimization, moderation operations, and quality assurance
• Own and drive high-impact initiatives to improve content quality and monetization integrity across the ecosystem
• Own core enforcement and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven strategies
• Translate data insights into clear strategies and actionable team priorities
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc.) to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery of initiatives
• Navigate competing priorities and constraints across stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive outcomes
• Drive clear and effective communication across teams and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
