Kingsley Green Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to join the US legal team in Columbus, OH. The role covers government investigations, regulatory matters and litigation risk as the business scales in a dynamic fintech environment.

The successful candidate will lead investigations, advise on regulatory responses, manage outside counsel, and liaise with regulators. Experience in a smaller in-house team and consumer-facing financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Senior litigator with hands-on government investigations and regulatory work.
• In-house experience is essential.
• Consumer-facing financial services regulatory exposure is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage strategy on government investigations and regulatory matters.
• Lead fact-gathering and investigation work with in-depth review of briefs.
• Instruct and manage outside counsel when needed.
• Draft and narrate responses to regulators and government bodies.
• Collaborate with US regulators as the business grows.
