Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a highly motivated Litigation Partner or Senior Counsel to join its Charlotte, NC office. A minimum of ten years of significant civil and/or commercial litigation experience and a portable book of business are preferred.

The role involves managing an active caseload and contributing to the growth of the firm’s litigation presence in North Carolina. The candidate should be admitted to the North Carolina Bar and have experience in NC state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of significant commercial litigation experience.
• Current member of the North Carolina bar.
• Litigation experience in North Carolina federal and state courts.
• Experience in construction litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee an active litigation caseload.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Conduct discovery and present witnesses for deposition.
• Engage in oral arguments and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Network actively within the community and organizations.
