Candidates must be licensed in NC and/or SC with at least eight years of complex litigation experience in areas listed. The role emphasizes developing a portable book of business and collaborating with a diverse team to serve public and private clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, Toxic Tort and Environmental Law, Business & Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Management and Professional Liability, or General Liability.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation in various litigation matters.
• Develop and maintain a portable book of business.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to serve public and private clients.
