The role involves managing an active caseload and contributing to the growth of the firm’s litigation presence in North Carolina. The candidate should be admitted to the North Carolina Bar and have experience in NC state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of significant commercial litigation experience.
• Current member of the North Carolina bar.
• Litigation experience in North Carolina federal and state courts.
• Experience in construction litigation preferred.
