- Familiarity with State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and perform factual and legal research
- Review, gather, and organize client documents
- Summarize records and organize data in databases
- Prepare for hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Assist with discovery requests and responses
- Assist in trial preparation and live trial support
- Communicate professionally with clients and staff
- Other duties as assigned
