Qualifications

• At least one year of Paralegal experience.
• Experience with large caseloads and assisting at trial.
• Experience in drafting and responding to discovery.

Responsibilities

• Client contact and document review.
• Indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation and research.
• Drafting pleadings and discovery responses.

Skills

Knowledge of litigation support and case management

Strong analytical and written communication skills

Familiarity with California and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence

Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable litigation support software

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

ABA‑approved Paralegal certificate (required)
