Alliance Defending Freedom seeks a seasoned Paralegal to join the US Legal Advocacy Team in Lansdowne, VA. You will work closely with attorneys on litigation, draft and file documents, organize case files, and assist with discovery, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications include a paralegal degree or equivalent, 5+ years in litigation support, and strong research and citation skills. ADF offers robust benefits and a mission-driven work environment.

Formación

• Paralegal degree or national certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of advanced litigation paralegal duties.
• Proficiency with Westlaw and Bluebook citation rules.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and file legal documents with federal and state courts.
• Maintain case files and deadlines in the case management system.
• Prepare deposition notices, tables of contents, and authorities.
• Support attorneys with discovery, e-discovery, and trial prep.
• Coordinate with multiple attorneys while managing a heavy workload.
• Conduct legal research and ensure citation accuracy.
