Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures
• Significant experience managing discovery, including disclosures, written discovery, and discovery responses
• Experience with trial preparation and litigation support
• Previous employment law experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with court rules and procedures across multiple jurisdictions
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while consistently following through on assignments
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent judgment, professionalism, integrity, and discretion
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive legal and client information
• Superior Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software
• Open to embracing AI and emerging legal technology as part of daily workflow
