Qualifications

• 10+ years of substantive litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team of paralegals.
• Strong experience supporting complex civil litigation and discovery.
• Proficiency with document management, deposition prep, and trial prep.
• Ability to manage large volumes of records and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow of a paralegal team (≈5 people).
• Prioritize work across the team based on attorney needs and deadlines.
• Mentor paralegals on case organization and processes.
• Provide senior-level support to attorneys on complex civil matters.
• Assist with all phases of litigation including discovery and trial prep.
• Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and records.
• Draft discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and summaries.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and witnesses.
• Monitor deadlines and case milestones across a busy docket.
