Job summary

Corvia Consulting in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with 3–7 years of insurance defense experience to support a team of attorneys through all stages of litigation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines, drafts, and e-filing in California state and federal courts while coordinating with clients and vendors to keep case files on track.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of litigation paralegal experience in insurance defense required.
• Strong knowledge of California court rules, filing procedures, and litigation deadlines.
• Experience with California state and federal court e-filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys.
• Prepare, revise, and finalize pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence.
• File documents in California state and federal courts, including e-filing.
• Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Coordinate service of process and manage deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
• Assist with trial preparation, including assembling trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness materials.
• Enter attorney time and assist with billing as needed.
