Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and related documents.
• Draft notices, subpoenas, requests for judicial notices and similar items.
• Prepare binders for trials, hearings and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and shepherd case law.
• Perform other administrative duties to move the case forward.
