Latitude is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal in Midtown Atlanta to support its growing civil defense litigation practice. You will work with experienced litigators in a nimble, high-energy environment, handling complex matters with precision.

The role covers the full litigation lifecycle, including discovery, pleadings, depositions, and filings in state and federal courts, with CM/ECF. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm.

The Opportunity

A well-regarded, mid-sized law firm in Midtown Atlanta needs a smart, organized, confident, high-energy Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation practice group. This is a direct-hire, permanent position with the firm — not a contract role. You will be working with Big Law veteran attorneys in smaller, nimbler firm environment.

The firm handles sophisticated civil litigation for institutional and corporate clients, with a practice focused on commercial litigation, employment litigation, and internal investigations. If you have built your career doing substantive defense-side civil litigation work at a law firm — and you want to do more of it at a firm that takes paralegal contribution seriously — this is worth a close look.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities

You will function as a senior-level paralegal across the full litigation lifecycle, working directly with attorneys on active matters. Responsibilities include:

• Managing discovery, including document review, production, and coordination with e-discovery vendors
• Drafting and assisting with pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials — including exhibit preparation and witness files
• Coordinating filings in state and federal court, including electronic filing (CM/ECF)
• Organizing and maintaining case files, deadlines, and dockets across multiple active matters
• Supporting internal investigations from intake through document collection and reporting

What We Are Looking For

Required

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm, ideally a large corporate firm or strong boutique
• Experience must be in civil litigation on the defense side — specifically commercial litigation or employment litigation defense.
• Demonstrated experience with state and federal court practice and procedure
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong organizational discipline
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate

Preferred

• Experience with e-discovery platforms
• Prior exposure to employment defense or complex commercial matters

• Base salary: Commensurate with experience
