D3 Search is seeking a Snr. Litigation Paralegal for its Los Angeles office. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a hybrid work model offering two days remote and three days in office.

Candidates will handle complex litigation tasks including discovery management, database creation, trial prep, and coordinating court filings. Requires 5+ years paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree and paralegal program, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years paralegal experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of paralegal program required or equivalent knowledge.
• Knowledge of court procedures and rules essential.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for litigation team communications.
• Manage case files, docketing, and document repositories.
• Perform complex legal and factual research and draft memoranda.
• Assist with discovery requests, responses, and pleadings.
• Coordinate court filings and trial support logistics.
