The role requires a minimum of five years of litigation experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of legal procedures. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience in a labor/employment litigation practice is required.
• Extensive knowledge of litigation and trial procedures and California state rules is essential.
• Must possess a paralegal program certificate or relevant legal work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and obtain client documents, including electronic data.
• Conduct litigation background checks and obtain authenticated records.
• Draft legal documents for attorney review, including motions and agreements.
• Assist with trial preparation and manage evidentiary matters.
• Conduct online research effectively.
