Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Paralegal degree/certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation case management, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Multi-task effectively and communicate professionally with all TEAM members and the public.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per attorney-client privilege and privacy laws.
• Work in-office as scheduled to meet with clients and team members.
• Proficient in case management software, computers, databases, portals, and e-filing.
• Prepare documents including medical summaries, correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and forms for attorney approval.
• Interface with clients on non-legal issues relating to case management and refer issues to attorneys.
