Job summary

AtWork Group in Greensboro seeks a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to advance complex cases in a fast-paced boutique firm. You will support attorneys through all stages of litigation, manage filings, discovery, and e-discovery, and ensure accurate, timely document prep for state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates have paralegal experience in torts or commercial litigation, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; law firm experience valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with state and federal court filings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative functions using billing and case management systems.
• Manage billing processes and attorney time entry.
• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation.
• Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts.
• Assist with trial and pretrial preparation.
• Proofread briefs and internal documents for accuracy.
• Draft correspondence and coordinate mailings.
