Responsibilities

Prepare and organize pleadings, affidavits, motions, exhibits, and other legal documents.
Assist in discovery, including document review and production logs.
Conduct detailed legal research using WESTLAW and assist with Shepherdizing.
Perform public records searches for litigation matters.
Identify and track legal documents and requirements across case stages.
Assist attorneys at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep.
Maintain client communications under supervision.
Paralegals are expected to bill at least 1,450 hours annually.
