You will coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, ensuring timely, accurate case progression. Proficiency in electronic filing and legal research is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Advanced paralegal support to attorneys handling mortgage servicing litigation.
• Ability to prepare, review, and file legal documents and pleadings.
• Strong attention to deadlines, case management, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court hearings.
• Coordinate filings across federal and state courts and service of process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and responses under attorney supervision.
• Maintain electronic case files and billing records.
• Communicate with clients, borrowers, and court staff via multiple channels.
• Assist in discovery, exhibits preparation, and trial support.
• Update internal systems including BKFS/LPS, Legal Tracker, and Tempo.
