Job summary

Chime's Legal team seeks a senior litigation paralegal to support consumer litigation, regulatory inquiries, arbitration, and employment matters. You will manage matter workflows, records, and regulatory responses while coordinating with outside counsel and vendors.

You will develop dashboards and reporting on litigation spend, cycle times, and outcomes, and design AI-enabled workflows to improve research and matter management. A 7+ year paralegal background is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal experience supporting complex litigation at a law firm or in-house setting.
• Experience managing litigation processes, discovery, subpoenas, and large matter portfolios.
• Strong project-management skills with ability to coordinate multiple matters and stakeholders.
• Experience organizing, analyzing, and reporting on legal or operational data with attention to quality.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-visualization tools; SQL/Looker/Hex preferred.
• Experience using AI-enabled technologies and developing repeatable AI workflows to improve processes.
• Familiarity with matter-management, e-discovery, legal-hold, document-management, and legal-billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level paralegal support across litigation, regulatory, and employment matters.
• Manage matter workflows, calendars, deadlines, discovery, regulatory responses, and related processes.
• Maintain accurate matter records and coordinate with outside counsel and vendors; support budgeting and invoicing.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on litigation spend, cycle times, filings, and outcomes; analyze data for insights.
• Design and maintain AI-enabled workflows and agents to improve research and matter management with attorney oversight.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, People, Product, and Operations to drive matters forward.
