Law Firms in Irvine is seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in financial services litigation. You will support a team of 15–20 attorneys on complex civil matters, including lending, mortgage/real estate, and business disputes.

Qualifications

We are representing an established civil litigation practice in its search for a Paralegal to join its Irvine team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, litigation-savvy, and comfortable working with multiple attorneys while maintaining a manageable workload.

Hours & Bonus Opportunity

The position has a minimum annual billable-hour expectation of 1,620 hours (135 hours/month).

Employees are eligible for a $50/hour bonus for billable hours worked above the annual minimum, providing additional earning potential for candidates who exceed the required threshold.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $90,000 + Benefits. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
