Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Washington and in good standing.
• High-volume civil litigation experience.
• Experience in debt collection is preferred.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ethics.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation operations, staff, and as-signed associates handling the portfolio of accounts.
• Mentor associates in the practice of law and enforce production/compliance requirements.
• Represent clients in civil litigation, including negotiations and drafting pleadings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with Litigation Operations and Audit to ensure client requirements and regulations.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch footprint as required.
• Report to the AVP of Litigation Operations and liaise with management.
