Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Bellevue, WA seeks a Managing Attorney to lead litigation operations for a portfolio of accounts. You will mentor attorneys, supervise staff, and ensure production and compliance with client expectations.

The role requires a Washington license, extensive civil litigation and debt-collection experience, and proven management skills. Base salary ranges from $135,000 to $160,000 per year plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Washington.
• High-volume civil litigation experience.
• Debt collections experience (strongly preferred).
• Previous management experience (strongly preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism.
• Strong commitment to ethics and compliance standards.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read/understand position-specific documents.
• Able to interact clearly in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned portfolio of accounts to achieve client goals and protect client and Z&A interests effectively.
• Implement, manage, and improve litigation processes within framework set by Z&A management.
• Interview, supervise, train, and assign duties to litigation staff.
• Ensure compliance with client expectations, policies, and regulations; remediate issues.
• Train staff on procedures and enforce performance expectations.
• Review and draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Advise clients and management on state-specific laws and issues.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
