Responsibilities

• Prepare, finalize and file documents (declarations, powers of attorney, assignments, transmittals, extensions of time, information disclosure statements).
• Prepare and finalize client correspondence and maintain attorney docket.
• Handle administrative tasks: document prep, time entry, expenses, calls, travel and calendar maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent client service.
