Job summary

Trustpoint.One in Florida is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Associate with 4–12+ years of sophisticated litigation experience to join its growing practice. This role emphasizes complex commercial, real estate, and land use matters, offering ownership of high‑level cases and direct client interaction.

You will manage matters from discovery through resolution, take and defend depositions, craft motions, and engage with clients, opposing counsel, and government officials.

Qualifications

• 4–12+ years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in complex commercial, real estate, and/or land use litigation.
• Florida Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from discovery through resolution
• Handle written discovery, document production, and privilege review
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Handle summary judgment and other court proceedings
• Attend administrative hearings, public meetings, and proceedings as needed
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, government officials, and boards
• Manage a sophisticated and varied caseload
