Responsibilities

• Manage construction and commercial litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft and respond to complaints, motions, discovery requests, and other filings.
• Coordinate with partners, paralegals, experts, and clients to keep matters organized and moving efficiently.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, including witness preparation and reviewing exhibits.
• Review and interpret construction contracts and project records.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive analyses on Florida construction and commercial law.
