Job summary

Meaden & Moore, LLP is seeking a development-minded practitioner with extensive experience in forensic advisory, litigation support or valuation services to expand the firm’s offerings for corporations and law firms. The role emphasizes growth, client development, and delivering high-quality reports and analyses.

The candidate will lead business development efforts, mentor staff, and collaborate with teams to expand services nationwide. Strong credentials and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA/ABV/CVA/CFA/ASA or other relevant credentials preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
• At least eight years of relevant experience.
• Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; advanced Excel skills.
• Self-motivated and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role in a growing service line and be expected to organize and participate in extensive business development activities to establish and further develop the team's practice and presence across the region and country.
• Grow the client base through new business development activities such as speaking engagements, attending networking events and tradeshows, authorship of whitepapers and participating in industry meetings.
• Educate prospective and existing clients on the breadth of services offered.
• Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned team.
• Hire, develop, train, supervise and mentor forensic staff.
• Prepare expert and other reports, affidavits, and other client deliverables such as rebuttal reports, demonstrative tables, exhibits and charts; compile organized working papers and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to strong client relationships through direct interactions with current and prospective clients.
