Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to accidents and conduct scene investigations.
• Manage complex litigation from inception through trial.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Strategically retain and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Handle high-stakes matters and coordinate multi-party defenses.
• Develop effective case strategies under tight timelines.
• Engage in construction defect litigation for residential and commercial projects.
• Analyze complex factual and legal issues and navigate indemnity agreements.
• Manage a high volume of defect claims and coordinate inspections.
• Represent clients in arbitration and state court proceedings.
