Job summary

Cowen Rodriguez Peacock, a San Antonio-based personal injury firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to work directly with the Managing Attorney on high-value catastrophic injury and trucking litigation. You will handle substantial portions of active matters under mentorship, with hands-on guidance while developing autonomy over time.

The role is a full-time, in-office position in San Antonio, with travel across Texas for hearings, depositions, and trials.

Qualifications

• Litigation experience in personal injury or tort preferred.
• Proficiency in managing discovery and depositions independently.
• Excellent legal writing and briefing skills.
• A legal writing sample demonstrating analysis and briefing ability required during interview.
• Highly organized, procedure-oriented, collaborative, and coachable.
