Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation matters from initial assessment through trial or resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and oversee case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on litigation risk and settlements; coordinate with experts and co-counsel.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm strategy and discipline.
