Qualifications

• 5–15 years of litigation experience
• Connecticut and Federal bar admission
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within the firm
• Prior experience at a litigation boutique or full‑service firm with significant commercial litigation volume

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated disputes for business and individual clients across multiple matters
• Hit the ground running with genuine autonomy and direct client contact from day one
• Engage in a range of commercial, probate/estate, and employment litigation as needed
