Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• At least 10 years of legal practice experience.
• Active license to practice law in the District of Columbia.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving on a team.
• Experience with government-related disputes is a plus.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including research, writing, depositions, and discovery tasks.
• Represent clients in administrative appeals, investigations, audits, and related disputes.
• Work closely with team members and support (and sometimes lead) case strategy.
• Take ownership of cases while collaborating in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
