Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Staff Attorney for its Los Angeles office. The role offers hybrid and remote options and requires solid litigation experience, particularly in product liability, toxic tort, or mass tort matters.

The attorney will join a dynamic team and contribute to defense strategies in a growing West Coast office. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of relevant practice and must be admitted to the California Bar.

This will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral attorney who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing office. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience and feels confident defending product liability lawsuits. Hybrid and remote options available.

Positioned twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and twenty minutes from Redondo Beach, the Nelson Mullins Los Angeles-area office serves as the center of its West Coast presence and its attorneys offer a range of transactional and litigation services to clients in a variety of industries including automotive, banking & financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy. Withat leastsix monthsof meaningful experience within theproduct liability/toxic tort and/or mass tort litigation fields, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are admitted to the California Bar.

• At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • In Los Angeles, the salary/wage is $140,000 annually.
