Our nationwide client, with offices in California, is seeking a Senior Litigation Consultant to lead complex consulting engagements and help clients navigate the high-stakes world of courtroom advocacy.

This is a fully remote role with occasional in-person collaboration in Los Angeles as needed. West Coast-based candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage focus groups, mock trials, and other jury research methodologies.
• Interpret data and behavioral insights to shape trial narratives and courtroom strategy.
• Advise attorneys on voir dire development, jury selection, and trial themes.
• Prepare expert and fact witnesses to deliver compelling, credible testimony.
• Collaborate with visual teams to create persuasive trial exhibits and graphics.
• Monitor live trial activity, analyze juror reactions, and adjust strategy in real-time.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports that translate research findings into legal advantage.
• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth and performance.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, or a related field
• Significant experience in litigation consulting, trial support, or jury research.
• Deep familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies; SPSS or similar software proficiency preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with legal teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest or ability to bring in or grow a book of business.
