Responsibilities

• Advise clients on disputes, risk management, and pre-litigation strategy
• Independently manage complex civil litigation matters
• Develop case strategy from evaluation through resolution or trial
• Draft and argue significant motions
• Manage all phases of discovery
• Lead settlement negotiations
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as lead trial counsel
• Supervise and mentor associates and staff
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage an established book of business and client relationships
