Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of civil litigation experience with strong courtroom and trial skills, capable of independently managing significant matters and client relationships, particularly in employment and business litigation.

Responsibilities include advising clients, developing case strategy, drafting motions, managing discovery, leading negotiations, and preparing cases

Qualifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Approximately 7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Demonstrated trial experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical and oral advocacy skills.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage complex matters independently.
• Strong client-service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to grow an established book of business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Interest in contributing to firm’s litigation growth.
