Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent seeks a Supervising Litigation Attorney to lead a high-volume litigation practice and oversee a team of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and law clerks in Los Angeles. You will drive strategy, supervise discovery motions, and manage critical client communications.

The role requires a California Bar license, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, and 5+ years of civil litigation experience with prior supervising responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License in good standing.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Prior experience supervising attorneys and legal support staff.
• Strong background in discovery motions, depositions, hearings, and litigation strategy.
• Experience managing high-volume litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large litigation docket and ensure critical deadlines are met.
• Supervise discovery motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case strategy.
• Review legal work product for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor attorneys and legal support staff.
• Manage complex client communications and escalations.
• Coordinate resources across the team to maximize efficiency and results.
