Job summary

Clark Hill seeks a Senior Attorney to join our Litigation practice in New York, NY. This full-time role allows remote work 1–2 days per week; court appearances are required. Candidates must have 6+ years of litigation experience and an active New York Bar license.

Salary ranges from $225,000 to $250,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include health/dental/vision, disability coverage, 401K, vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active New York Bar license.
• Substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including matter responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.
• Experience working with e-discovery software.
• Excellent advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
