Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience as a practicing attorney.
• Active license to practice law in applicable state(s).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure cases and complex litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide case analysis to insured clients and partners.
• Collaborate with experts and consultants to develop case strategies.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff; lead training and updates.
