You will manage discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlements, cultivating strong client relationships while identifying business development opportunities. Nebraska Bar licensure is required, and a hybrid schedule in a city with high quality of life is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience in private practice.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance defense and/or complex civil litigation.
• Nebraska Bar licensure (or eligibility) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Provide strategic counsel on litigation risks and regulatory issues.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel to drive favorable outcomes.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing disputes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver high-quality services.
