Orionplacement seeks a senior litigation attorney in California to manage complex commercial disputes with substantial autonomy and ownership. Positions are in Fresno or Los Angeles, not fully remote, with strong earning potential and a broad platform.

The ideal candidate holds an active California Bar license, 10+ years of litigation experience with meaningful trial exposure, and a portable book of business of at least $250,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation from evaluation to resolution.
• Develop case strategy and advise clients on risk and options.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
• First-chair or key role in trials, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Grow and manage client relationships and generate new business.
• Travel for hearings, arbitrations, trials as needed.
