Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate is required.
• 3+ years of litigation experience is required.
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Maryland; VA or D.C. licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned cases and prepare periodic status reports for clients
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
