• Admitted to practice in NY.
• 1–4 years of litigation experience (civil or criminal).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make court appearances.
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery.
• Represent clients at depositions and hearings.
• Manage cases from start to finish.
• Trial preparation.
