The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of litigation experience, possesses a JD from an accredited law school, and holds (or is willing to obtain) Utah licensure.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Utah, or ability and willingness to obtain Utah licensure.
• 5–8 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters with limited supervision.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written memoranda and briefs.
