Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and/or employment defense.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and appearing before courts, administrative agencies, and/or arbitration panels.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Member of the Washington State Bar and resident of the greater Seattle area, or willingness and ability to relocate and obtain Washington Bar admission within a reasonable period.
• Strong academic and practice credentials.
• Ability to work full time.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including depositions, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and other pre-trial proceedings.
• Appear before courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels as needed.
• Collaborate within a team-based practice and contribute to high-stakes disputes.
