Richmond, Virginia
Represent clients in criminal, domestic, and civil litigation
Manage a caseload of 30–80 active matters
Drive business development to grow the Richmond client base
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a minimum 75% collection rate
Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Implement and leverage a proprietary client lifecycle management system
Contribute to firm-wide innovation and operational efficiency
Active license to practice law in Virginia
Proven litigation experience in family, criminal, and civil law
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and practice-building success
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
High level of organization and time management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Virginia State Bar (required)
Expertise in family law matters including custody, divorce, prenuptial agreements, adoption, and domestic violence
Criminal defense and civil litigation proficiency
Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities
Business development and client acquisition
Leadership and mentorship capabilities
Technological proficiency in legal case management systems
Fee split between 20%–50% based on earned fees
Quarterly performance bonuses
