What You'll Do

As Senior Litigation Attorney, you will:

1. Litigate a diverse caseload: Represent clients in criminal, domestic, and civil litigation, handling 30-80 cases at any given time.
2. Grow the practice: Drive business development efforts to expand our client base in Richmond and the surrounding areas.
3. Deliver exceptional results: Provide outstanding legal representation, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a collection rate above 75%.
4. Collaborate with firm leadership: Work closely with JC Law’s experienced leadership team to align office growth with the firm’s overall vision.
5. Champion innovation: Leverage our Perfect Client Lifecycle program to streamline case management and elevate client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented litigator who embodies leadership, ambition, and trustworthiness. The ideal candidate will:

1. Be licensed to practice law in Virginia.
2. Have extensive litigation experience in family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.
3. Be entrepreneurial with a track record of building or contributing to the growth of a successful practice.
4. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and staff while influencing outcomes.
5. Be highly organized and adept at managing competing priorities.
6. Demonstrate expertise (or a willingness to grow) in areas such as custody agreements, divorces, prenuptial agreements, adoption, domestic violence, financial settlements, and criminal defense.
