This opportunity is ideal for an experienced litigator who is looking to expand their practice within a collaborative platform that supports entrepreneurial attorneys and values long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation experience, an active Colorado law license, and a portable book of business. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing sophisticated litigation matters and developing trusted client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collegial environment while continuing to grow an existing practice.
Compensation is expected to range from $200,000 to $240,000+, depending on experience and portable business, with additional performance and origination incentives available.
